Please note: The bunk beds installed in this property have a maximum capacity of 120 kg per bed. Using them above this limit may cause structural damage and pose a safety risk.

The available parking space is 5.4 m long and 2.4 m wide, exceeding this limit, marked with a red dotted line, will result in a fine.

The apartment is furnished and equipped with appliances and utensils for preparing meals, as well as blankets and pillows for your comfort. Linens (bed and bath linens) are optional and must be purchased separately; please request in advance.

The apartment accommodates up to 6 people.

We do not work with extra mattresses. We are a seasonal property management company, and there are NO hotel services such as breakfast, linens, amenities or replacement of materials. Cleaning of the space with change of linens is by prior appointment and for a fee.

Check-out time is 08:00 to 12:00. It is important to be ready to leave 10 minutes before the receptionist arrives.
