All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The apartment also offers a spacious living room, a shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, a private jacuzzi, and 2 private parking spaces.

Important: This penthouse has windows and balconies WITHOUT screens or safety nets. For safety reasons, we recommend extra caution with children and people who require supervision.

The apartment is fully furnished, carefully decorated, and equipped with appliances and utensils for meal preparation. Blankets and pillows are also provided to ensure extra comfort during your stay.

For your convenience, bed and bath linens are included in the service fee and will be available at the start of your stay.

As a short-term rental manager, we do not offer hotel services such as breakfast, amenities, or linen and supply replacement during the stay.
