It has an extra bed and can accommodate 1 child. All rooms are air-conditioned. It also features a shared bathroom, barbecue grill, and a full kitchen, as well as a laundry area with a washing machine. It offers a covered parking space, Wi-Fi, and a TV. It comfortably accommodates up to 5 adults.

The apartment is furnished, decorated, and equipped with appliances and utensils for preparing meals, as well as blankets and pillows for your comfort.

Linens (bed and bath linens) are optional and must be purchased separately; please request in advance.

Check-out time is 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Please be prepared 10 minutes before the receptionist arrives. Check-in times are 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

EXTRA FEE! The lease must be paid and the property occupancy must be completed by 6:00 PM. For check-ins and check-outs between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM, the tenant must pay the attendant a fee of R$200.00.
