Vacation Rental at RK Imóveis

Reservations

To validate a reservation, our customers must send proof of payment and the following information:

Full name

Birthday

Identity number or passport number

CPF

Address/ Neighborhood/ City/ Zip Code

Telephone

Email

Entry time to the property / flight number (if air)

Departure time from the property

Name of other guests (if any);

Payment methods

To reserve one of our properties, we require a booking confirmation deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. The remainder of the rent will be charged at check-in before entering the property.

Payment for 50% of the reservation can be made by bank transfer/deposit, Western Union or cash payment at our office.

Payment for the remainder of the rent + cleaning fee + linen (if contracted) must be made in cash at the time of signing the contract and handing over the keys.

If the customer does not wish to pay this amount in cash, they have the possibility of making a bank transfer, this transfer must be made up to 7 days before the date on which they wish to enter the property (under consultation).

In order for us to allocate your payment, we always require confirmation of the transfer via email.

Your reservation will be validated from the moment the RK Imóveis reservation department sends you a confirmation email.

If, for any reason beyond the control of our management, the rental property ceases to be available, we offer our customers the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.

Check in

Check-in time: 4pm to 6pm

It is important that the customer informs us of their arrival time so that we can provide the necessary guidance. If the arrival time is outside the real estate agency's opening hours, the client must call our check-in department in advance, +55(48) 999677113, to arrange the arrival time and a fee of R$50 will be charged. 00 to be paid to the check-in attendant, who will come to check you in at any time of your arrival.

If you arrive before our official check-in time of 4pm, you can leave your luggage at the office during our opening hours. If the apartment is available and the client wants to be guaranteed the possibility of an early check-in, a change between 6am and 2pm can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rental. This amount must be paid in advance.

For check-ins between 6pm and 8am, the rent equivalent to the previous day must be paid.

Check-out

Check-out time: 8am to 12pm

An RK Imóveis employee will go with the client to the property to carry out the final inspection of the property for release. If you want to contact us on the day so that someone can come to the property, you can call us and check this possibility.

It is important to vacate the property, as another client will occupy it later. To stay at the property, get in touch and check availability.

For check-out between 12pm and 8am, we charge the rent equivalent to the next day. If the customer does not check-out at the agreed time, after a grace period of 30 minutes, the amount charged will be the equivalent of a full night's stay.

Cancellation and changes to the reservation

In case of cancellation or no-show, the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment early. Changes to reservation dates will only be permitted upon written confirmation from RK Imóveis.

RK Imóveis has the right to immediately terminate the rental contract, without any refund of amounts paid by the client, if one of the following cases occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of the peace of the neighborhood and /or violation of condominium rules, organization of parties, consumption of illicit drugs, pets without our permission, failure to pay in full the rent or security deposit.

If the reserved property has an internet connection or cable TV, RK Imóveis assumes no responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences resulting therefrom. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disturbances with Internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund of rental payment.

Responsibilities and obligations of our guests

The guest assumes full responsibility for the property they rent as well as any item belonging to the condominium. The same applies to other residents and visitors. The client and all occupants of the apartment and visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and rules. Fines imposed by the condominium administration for non-compliance with the rules will be immediately paid by the client. Additionally, they may also lead to premature termination of the rental contract without any refund.

Visitors

There are condominiums that do not allow visitors to enter. Please contact us before making any reservation where visitors are expected, so that we can provide a more suitable property. Remembering that when authorized, visitors cannot use condominium structures such as the swimming pool.
