Suite Apartment - 01 bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, living room with two areas, a sofa bed and a double bed, TV and kitchen (fridge, microwave, electric stove and basic kitchen items), 1 bathroom and balcony with barbecue.

The apartment is fully furnished, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils for meal preparation, as well as blankets and pillows to ensure extra comfort during your stay.

Bed and bath linens are optional and can be hired separately — we recommend requesting them in advance.

We are a vacation rental management company; therefore, we do not provide hotel services such as breakfast, included linens, amenities, or supply replenishment.

Cleaning services with linen changes can be scheduled in advance, subject to an additional fee.

Common areas of the condominium all released, for use in some spaces it is necessary to book in advance for better control (example: space with barbecue grills, gym).

Ingleses is a beachfront neighborhood and one of the busiest destinations on the island throughout the year. It is a safe area, with well-lit streets and excellent infrastructure.

The neighborhood offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a wide variety of shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, medical clinics, restaurants, and bars that provide entertainment for both families and young people, especially at night.

The beach is perfect for families and is close to other beautiful beaches in the northern part of the island, such as Praia do Santinho, Cachoeira do Bom Jesus, Lagoinha, Canasvieiras, and Ponta das Canas, among others.

During your stay at Ingleses Beach, there are plenty of activities to enjoy to the fullest: hiking trails, surf lessons, a water park, paragliding, as well as excellent restaurants offering typical regional cuisine.

The area features flat, well-marked, and safe streets for getting around, whether by private car, ride-hailing apps (such as Uber), buses, vans, or other means of transportation.

Public transportation is available, and guests can check schedules, routes, and itineraries through the Floripanoponto app, making it easier to get around the city.

Important: bus fares in Florianópolis can only be paid using a transportation card, which can be purchased and recharged at terminals. Recharge can be done via Pix or cash, depending on the location.
