Beautiful apartment, 100 meters from the beach, consisting of two bedrooms, one suite with double bed and air conditioning, a bedroom with a bunk bed and air conditioning, guest bathroom, balcony with barbecue and sink, full kitchen, dining area washer. It has a parking space, has Wi-Fi and cable TV.

The apartment is fully furnished, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with appliances and kitchenware for preparing meals. It also includes blankets and pillows to ensure extra comfort during your stay.

For your convenience, bed and bath linens are included in the service fee and will be provided at the start of your stay.

As a vacation rental management company, we do not provide hotel-style services, such as breakfast, toiletries, or the replacement/replenishment of linens and supplies during your stay.

The apartment accommodates up to 5 people, featuring 1 double bed and 1 triple bunk bed. We do not provide extra mattresses.

Cleaning services, including a change of linens, can be scheduled in advance for an additional fee.

Schedule:

Check-out: Between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM (we kindly ask that you be ready to depart 10 minutes before your scheduled time).

Check-in: From 4:00 PM onwards.

Please note: Access to the property is available until 6:00 PM. Any assistance required during the evening or overnight hours (from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM) will incur an additional service fee of R$ 200.00, payable at the time of check-in or check-out.

We kindly ask that you respect the condominium rules and quiet hours.

Ingleses is a beachside neighborhood and one of the busiest destinations on the island all year round. It is a safe area with well-lit streets and excellent infrastructure.
The neighborhood offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a wide variety of shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, medical clinics, restaurants, and bars that provide entertainment for both families and young people, especially at night.
The beach is perfect for family enjoyment and is close to other charming beaches in the northern part of the island, such as Santinho Beach, Cachoeira do Bom Jesus, Lagoinha, Canasvieiras, and Ponta das Canas, among others.
During your stay at Ingleses Beach, there are plenty of activities to enjoy to the fullest: hiking trails, surf lessons, a water park, paragliding, and excellent restaurants serving typical regional cuisine.
The area features flat streets that are well-marked and safe for travel, whether by private car, ride-hailing service (such as Uber), bus, van, or other means of transportation.
There are public transportation options available, and guests can check schedules, routes, and itineraries using the Floripanoponto app, making it easier to get around the city.
Important: Bus fare in Florianópolis is paid exclusively with a transportation card, which can be purchased and reloaded at the terminals. The card can be reloaded via Pix or cash, depending on the location.
