Apartment just 100 meters from the beach! It has two bedrooms, both with double beds, plus an extra single mattress. The living room has a sofa bed, the kitchen is fully equipped, air conditioning, and a balcony with a barbecue grill, perfect for gathering family and friends.

The apartment is fully furnished, carefully decorated, and equipped with appliances and utensils for meal preparation. Blankets and pillows are provided to ensure even more comfort during your stay.
For your convenience, bed and bath linens are included in the service fee and will be provided at the beginning of your stay.
As a seasonal rental manager, we do not offer hotel services such as breakfast, amenities, or linen and supply changes/replacements during your stay.

Check-out: from 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (please be ready to leave 10 minutes before the scheduled time)
Check-in: from 4:00 p.m.
Please pay attention to the times: > Property access is available until 6:00 p.m. Any check-in or check-out completed at night or during the early morning (from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) will incur an additional service fee of R$200.00, which must be paid at the time of check-in/out.

Ingleses is a beachside neighborhood and one of the busiest destinations on the island throughout the year. It is a safe area, with well-lit streets and excellent infrastructure.

The neighborhood offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a wide variety of shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, medical clinics, restaurants, and bars that provide entertainment for both families and young people, especially at night.

The beach is perfect for enjoying with family and is close to other beautiful beaches in the north of the island, such as Praia do Santinho, Cachoeira do Bom Jesus, Lagoinha, Canasvieiras, and Ponta das Canas, among others.

Important: Bus fares in Florianópolis are paid exclusively with a transportation card, which can be purchased and recharged at the terminals. Top-ups can be made via Pix or cash, depending on the location.
