The apartment is furnished, decorated, and equipped with appliances and utensils for preparing meals, as well as blankets and pillows for your comfort.

Bed linen and towels are optional and are booked separately; please request them in advance.

Check-out time is from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. It is important to be ready to leave 10 minutes before the cleaning staff arrives.

Check-in time: from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

ADDITIONAL CHARGE! The contract settlement and subsequent occupation of the property must be completed before 6:00 PM. For arrivals and departures between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM, the tenant must pay the manager a fee of R$ 200.00.
