All common areas of the condominium are available; however, to use certain spaces, it is necessary to make a reservation in advance for better management (for example: barbecue area, gym).

Ingleses is a beachside neighborhood and one of the busiest destinations on the island throughout the year. It is a safe area, with well-lit streets and excellent infrastructure.

The neighborhood offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a wide variety of shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, medical clinics, restaurants, and bars that guarantee fun for both families and young people, especially at night.

The beach is perfect for enjoying with family and is close to other beautiful beaches in the north of the island, such as Santinho Beach, Cachoeira do Bom Jesus, Lagoinha, Canasvieiras, and Ponta das Canas, among others.

Important: the bus fare in Florianópolis can only be paid with a transportation card, which can be purchased and recharged at the terminals. You can reload the card using Pix or cash, depending on the location.
