It has one parking space and Wi-Fi.

The apartment is furnished, decorated, and equipped with appliances and utensils for meal preparation, as well as blankets and pillows for your comfort.

Linens (bed and bath towels) are optional and contracted separately; please request in advance.

EXTRA FEE! Settlement of the contract and subsequent occupancy of the property must occur by 6:00 PM. For check-ins and check-outs between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM, the tenant must pay the attendant a fee of R$ 200.00.
